Location: the hotel was adjacent to transport links, restaurants of Surry Hills and the Golden Age Cinema and Town Hall. Great breakfast, best ever had, with good coffee and freshly cooked eggs. The service was exceptional, I truly enjoyed it. I stayed here for a weekend and would use them next time.

Try the rooftop bar on its open nights for fantastic views, but arrive early to secure a good spot before it gets crowded.

Convenient location for exploring the city.
I was appalled by this hotel's service! The staff was not only rude, but they also completely failed to have our rooms ready before the 3 PM check-in time. On top of that, we were subjected to a chaotic lobby with loud music while the stressed-out check-in staff tried to manage everything. It reminded me of a joke when we were charged exorbitantly for subpar food and drink. This isn't what I expect after paying so much!

The pool area feels like an afterthought, lacking privacy due to its shared space with the public bar. Breakfast options didn't match the high price tag, with bland dishes and additional charges for simple requests like hash browns. We also found inconvenience in the room layout, with peculiar lighting setups and minimal amenities like just three coffee pods for two people.
